I cannot quite see how this works, but
'drug' could be 'e' (E is another name for ecstasy) and 'e' is found within the answer.
'one' could be 'i' (Roman numeral) and 'i' is located in the answer.
'it?' could be 't' (abbreviation. e.g. in 'tis) and 't' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'move' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
