Crossword Genius

Busy place to start monopoly? (2,3,2)

Ross

I believe the answer is:

on the go

'busy' is the definition.
(similar in meaning)

'place to start monopoly?' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'start' could be 'go' (synonyms) and 'go' is found within the answer.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).

(Other definitions for on the go that I've seen before include "Very busy, in constant motion" , "Busily active" , "Moving -- active" , "Always busy" , "Very active (colloq.)" .)

I've seen this clue in The Independent and The Sun.
