I believe the answer is:

boomerang

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'i hate this dessert' is the definition.
Although both the answer and definition are singular nouns, I can't see how one could define the other.

'said one coming back' is the wordplay.
'said' becomes 'boomer' (I can't explain this - if you can you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'one' becomes 'an' (an apple is one apple).
'back' indicates one should take the final letters (the letter at the back).
The last letter of 'coming' is 'g'.
'boomer'+'an'+'g'='BOOMERANG'

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for boomerang that I've seen before include "Aboriginal throwing stick" , "Australian throwing stick" , ""It keeps coming back"" , "Backfire" , "Self-returning missile" .)
