I believe the answer is:

tepidly

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'without enthusiasm' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)

'pat rolled over lazily' is the wordplay.
'pat' becomes 'pet' (I can't justify this - if you can you should believe this answer much more).
'rolled over' says the letters should be written in reverse.
'lazily' becomes 'idly' (synonyms).
'pet' backwards is 'tep'.
'tep'+'idly'='TEPIDLY'

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for tepidly that I've seen before include "Without enthusiasm" , "without passion" , "In a lukewarm manner" .)
