I believe the answer is:

(I have seen 'Refreshing brew' mean 'cuppa' so perhaps 'brew' could also mean 'cuppa')
I don't understand how the rest of the clue works.
(Other definitions for cuppa that I've seen before include "Refreshing brew" , "Drink of tea (informal)" , "Drink of tea (colloq.)" .)
