I believe the answer is:

spills

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

This could be a double definition.

'accidents' is the first definition.
Although both the answer and definition are plural nouns, I can't see how they can define each other.

'lighters' is the second definition.
The answer and definition can be both man-made objects as well as being plural nouns.
Perhaps you can see an association between them that I can't see?

'with' acts as a link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for spills that I've seen before include "Pieces of rolled paper used to light a fire" , "Pieces of rolled paper used to light fires" , "Causes liquid to flow out" .)

I've seen this clue in the Evening Standard.
