I know nothing about this answer so I cannot tell whether this works.

I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'bass' could be 'b' (musical abbreviation) and 'b' is present in the answer.
'part' could be 'island' (I have seen 'Part of archipelago ' mean 'island' so perhaps 'part' could also mean 'island') and 'island' is located in the answer.
