Ross

I believe the answer is:

duvet

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'one?' is the definition.
Although both the answer and definition are singular nouns, I cannot see how one could define the other.

'do two out of five sleep' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'five' could be 'v' (Roman numeral) and 'v' is found in the answer.
'two' could be 'duet' (duet is a kind of two) and 'duet' is present in the remaining letters.
This accounts for all the letters.
This may be the basis of clue (or it may be nonsense).

'with' is the link.

(Other definitions for duvet that I've seen before include "Warm covering for bed" , "Type of quilt" , "Bed-cover" , "Continental quilt" , "Thick soft quilt instead of bedclothes" .)

I've seen this clue in the Evening Standard.
