I believe the answer is:

This clue might be a double definition.
'drinks? just' is the first definition.
'tots' can be an answer for 'drinks?' (I have seen 'Little drinks' mean 'tots' so perhaps 'drinks' could also mean 'tots'). I'm not certain of the 'just' bit.
'little ones' is the second definition.
