'not' indicates named letters should be taken away.
'new' becomes 'n' (common abbreviation eg NT for New Testament).
'resolved' indicates anagramming the letters.
'enigma' with 'n' removed is 'eigma'.
'eigma' with letters rearranged gives 'IMAGE'.
