'with' means one lot of letters go next to another.
'ruined' indicates anagramming the letters.
'all'+'nighter'='allnighter'
'fear' put after 'allnighter' is 'allnighterfear'.
'allnighterfear' with letters rearranged gives 'LARGER-THAN-LIFE'.

(Another definition for larger-than-life that I've seen is " Exaggerated".)
