I believe the answer is:

(I've seen this in another clue)
'fashionable article placing' is the wordplay.
'fashionable' becomes 'in' (in can mean fashionable or trendy).
'article' becomes 'a' (the indefinite article in English).
'placing' becomes 'second' (I can't explain this - if you can you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'in'+'a'+'second'='IN A SECOND'
