'be my guest' is the definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)
'gift no charge' is the wordplay.
'gift' becomes 'feel' (I am not sure about this - if you are sure you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'no charge' becomes 'free' (synonyms).
'feel'+'free'='FEEL FREE'
