Crossword Genius

I seem discombobulated after computer systems break down (7)

Ross

I believe the answer is:

itemise

'break down' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)

'i seem discombobulated after computer systems' is the wordplay.
'discombobulated' indicates anagramming the letters.
'after' means one lot of letters go next to another.
'computer systems' becomes 'it' (I've seen this in other clues).
'i'+'seem'='iseem'
'iseem' with letters rearranged gives 'emise'.
'emise' after 'it' is 'ITEMISE'.

(Other definitions for itemise that I've seen before include "catalogue" , "Using spell out" , "List in detail" , "List, state each object" , "Set down separately" .)

I've seen this clue in The Guardian.
