I think it could be either:
interior decorator
(Other definitions for interior decorator that I've seen before include "Home designer" , "Decor designer" .)
'job?' is the definition.
(I know that prison officer is a profession)
'inside' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'inside' could be 'prison' (being 'inside' is being in prison) and 'prison' is located in the answer.
The remaining letters 'officer' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
