I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'smart' could be 'bright' (synonyms) and 'bright' is found within the answer.
'too?' could be 'and' (I've seen this in another clue) and 'and' is found within the answer.
The remaining letters 'breezy' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
