I cannot really see how this works, but
an anagram of 'old' is 'ldo' which is within the answer.
'ring' could be 'o' (letter resembling a ring) and 'o' is found within the answer.
'shed' could be 'hut' (I've seen this before) and 'hut' is located in the remaining letters.
No letters remain.
