'stuck' is the definition.
Although both the answer and definition are past participle verbs, I don't understand how they can define each other.
'not out there damn' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'not out' could be 'in' ('in' is the opposite to 'out') and 'in' is found within the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
