I believe the answer is:

heatable

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'cooked?' is the definition.
Both the definition and answer are adjectives.
Maybe you can see a link between them that I don't see?

'the guy with a supply of food that can' is the wordplay.
'the guy' becomes 'he'.
'with' means one lot of letters go next to another.
'a supply of food' becomes 'at' (I am not sure about this - if you are sure you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'that can' becomes 'able' (I've seen this before).
'he'+'at'+'able'='HEATABLE'

'be' is the link.

Can you help me to learn more?

I've seen this clue in The Times.
