Crossword Genius

Type of seafood with crispbread crackers (6,4)

Ross

I believe the answer is:

spider crab

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'type of seafood' is the definition.
Although both the answer and definition are singular nouns, I don't see how they can define each other.

'crispbread crackers' is the wordplay.
'crackers' is an anagram indicator (informal term for mad).
'crispbread' anagrammed gives 'SPIDER-CRAB'.

'with' is the link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for spider crab that I've seen before include "Aquatic creature" , "shellfish" , "Type of crustacean" , "Crustacean with long thin legs" , "little creature" .)

I've seen this clue in The Telegraph.
