Ross

I believe the answer is:

grin

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'wry expression' is the definition.
'grin' can be an answer for 'expression' (I have seen 'Facial expression ' mean 'grin' so perhaps 'expression' could also mean 'grin'). I'm unsure of the 'wry' bit.

'chagrin?' is the wordplay.
'GRIN' is hidden in amongst the letters.
But, I'm uncertain how this is indicated.

'of' is the link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for grin that I've seen before include "Smile while pulling back the lips" , "11 smile" , "Smile - all that could be seen of the vanishing Cheshire Cat" , "Smile wryly" , "Smile broadly showing teeth" .)

I've seen this clue in the Evening Standard.
